    any good clean fish oil
good for protein always a good choice
    defs a test booster.
saw palmetto at his age would be very beneficial (helps protect and promote prostate health)

To be completely honest, I'd put the biggest chunk of the money towards a high quality fish oil, like Barleans liquid fish or cod liver oil. Multi.... Garden of Life makes a good one for men that is prbably higher quality than 99% of the other stuff you'll find. Protein.... go for flavor if you want him to stick with it. Beverly International, Protizyme, XF UP. Natty Test booster.... does he specifically want one? If not, I'd pass on this. If he wants one, look for one thats proven by bloodwork. Bioforge is a great option, as is ErgoTest. You could addn ErgoBolic to any test booster to control cortisol, which can help skew the ol' test to cortisol ratio.

Did you analyze the LDL, HDL, and triglycerides before and after? My guess is he actually saw improvements if these numbers were viewed and calculated properly. (despite a higher total cholesterol)

I would be shocked if a good fish oil caused diminished values.

iForce Athletic Multi has a nice dose of CoQ10 in it that may help promote cardiac health....almost our entire Health Series line might provide nice benefits.

Joint Help is revolutionary, Heart Help has been shown to dramatically and positively manipulate cholesterol levels, our fish oil is some of the lowest cost per g of EPA/DHA on the market - just be sure to do your research, check out our products (and our competitors) and find out what meets your needs and budgets - and please feel free to contact me with any questions, comments, or concerns along the way. I really feel that iForce products set themselves apart.

^This x2. Lovaza, basically prescription fish oil, is shown to raise HDL and lower triglycerides. This could lead to higher total, but higher HDL is a good thing.

iforce joint help has done wonders for my dad. he also adds extra cissus xt if needed. also, he has loved his tub of protizyme and is currently enjoying a tub of cellucor performance whey. drinking the protein with milk has halted his weight loss that was concerning my mom.
