this. it already has a church, hotel/restaurant, marina for 800 boats, 1km^2 is used for organic farming, lighthouse ... it's a family resort

and let me inform you that since you'll be living in Denmark education and health care is all on the goverment only thing you'll have to pay is taxes ofc 35-40% Danish weather is perfect for farming srs

We have perfect conditions for farming in Denmark and I'd rather have less than half a year of sun and that than sun 365/year and no possibility to grown your veggies and ****
