    Nutrition when sick

Ok so starting to develop a cold/flu. My body does not want to intake more food. How do you keep from losing the weight gains you've made when you're sick?

I did read through some of the info, just trying to get a clear picture. It takes a lot of intake for me to be gaining weight. I get eating just above maintenance level will keep that but what about when your body is refusing. Fluids are an obvious and generally speaking i can get over sickness pretty quick. Just trying to collect information.
