    Indian takeaway

i am getting an indian takeaway tonight with my girlfriend and wondering how i am going to fit this into my calories / macros.
do i just estimate what i think each dish will contain calorie wise as i dont have a clue and now i dont no what to eat through the rest of the day.
    im currently eating

    3000 calories a day
protein 150g minimum anywhere up to 175g
    fat around 100g
filling the rest in with carbs

Just make a rough estimation, use your common sense and enjoy the night brah. For example I'm currently having 3300 calories a day. Yesterday I had 3600, so today I'll have 3000. See? It's very easy to balance. Cheers

Indian food ( depending on what you get) is normally cooked in lots of ghee, you sure 1000 cals is a realistic guesstimate?
