Personally caffeine is very underated by lifters. Most people think preworkout powders and pills are superior.
But caffeine has one of the strongest ergogenic effects out there (basically makes you less tired and be able to workout longer)
If you dont like coffee then fine go use your C4 i dont like that crazy feeling like im about to die anyway
