I haven't posted in a while, a lot of stuff has come up within the time frame I haven't posted. An important detail to note is that I am going to boot camp in August 5, 2013 for USMC. I weigh 160lbs and around 14%BF right now and I want to go down to 140lbs 7-8%BF. I want to go down to that weight so I can be at a good condition to run a good mile time or just the obstacles thrown in boot camp which mostly requires non weight lifting exercises. But I want to lose all of that weight within 41 days to have time to IF bulk for the rest of the time period. So I can be at my best performance in endurance and strength. Here are some recent pictures of me at 164lbs at about 14%BF 11/29/12. Please excuse the mess....and the tan lol

So any tips? Whats lacking? Different plan? Tips on increasing pull ups?
