    Need diet feedback

Ok so I'm 17 years old, been lifting about 2 years. 5"8 160lbs, built a pretty good base through my 2 years of lifting. Just need some feedback on this diet. I'm starting to get more serious into lifting and want to get better results by starting to eat right. I go to school from7:00-2:00 everyday, so I will rely heavily on shakes during school to keep my body fed. Let me know what you think.

That's probably less than 2k calories, if it's hard to eat at school eat smaller meals there then eat more when you get home

I was maybe thinking tossing some canola oil into the shakes to bump up some cals, and adding maybe a cup of veggies to my dinner?

I would add like 1000 calories worth of food into your diet to be honest...even if you're lean bulking this isn't enough calories
