    Panda express really bad? (100 grams of fat in one meal 2k calories)

    I just started eating panda express at the food court since i moved there. Is it really bad?? Its way out of my macros my fat intake is supposed to be lower than 90g a day. I also drink whole milk and eat whole eggs , peanut butter etc. lol

    My wife and I ate at Panda Express once and we will never do it again. It's a travesty to call that Chinese food.

    Panda express is really not great, but you can review the stickies regarding macro and calorie balance. On another note,please tell me what it is like living in the food court? Is it spooky at night? Are the tables comfy to sleep under?
