Question excesive sweating since I started lifting (even outside of the gym)

    So here's the deal,

I naturally sweat quite alot (could be hormones but I'm out of puberty I think since I'm 19 years old). Now ever since I started lifting (which was about 6 months ago) I've been getting great progress and all. But what's bothering me is how much I sweat lately. It's winter and I can't even sit in class without some (minor) stains under my armpits.
Could this have anything to do with lifting?

PS: I'm not taking any dodgy supplements or celltech or whatever, just clean whey protein as a supplement.

    Thanks in advance
Obsessed is a word the lazy use to describe the dedicated.

I had the same problem. It could be your diet as well. Try a product called certain dry. Very very strong sweat blocker. Only for about $7 bucks.

My problem is I drink alot of caffeine(coffee,Tea,PWO)

Only time it wasn't bad was when I stopped taking my PWO for a month. And one time I shaved my pits, kinda worked

Agreed! I use this stuff too. It should help a lot. Follow the directions though- it's a bit different than usual deodorant.
