There is no reason to add sugar, and no reason why you couldnt just add it to your protein shake. Thats how I take it personally, and know many people on these boards that do the same.

Add it to your shake, or anything else. Man up Bud. Take a teaspoon full and wash it down with something else.

Well, that isn't working for you, now is it? There is no benefit to timing it before your workout anyway. Just dump it into your post-workout protein shake like several others have suggested

You can purchase some other flavor creatine which suites your taste or mix it with some protein shake to make it taste better.

If you take a pre mix it with that? Or just mix it with your favorite juice. The times I've gotten unflavored creatine I just mixed it in with my pre. I've also mixed it in with some sugar free kool aid.

OP, if you stopped subscribing to timing nonsense this wouldn't be an issue.

The timing of your creatine is about as relevant as the timing of your post-workout shake. Hint: Neither is relevant

next time get something like Best Creatine or something

You can take creatine any time of day, it doesnt matter. If you want to throw it in your post workout shake thats fine too.

Thanks for all replies only reason not mixing with pwo shake is it has glutamine added into it and I read a article which say taking creatine and glutamine at the same time is bad
How much liter or ounces of water to drink while taking creatine currently drinking 4 liter a day
