I'm 16 years old and have been bodybuilding for a little over a year and a half. I train 5-6 days a week & Ive made pretty decent gains both size and strength wise. Problem is its almost time for baseball season, which means practice after school all week and games on Saturday mornings. So I will only be able to lift weights two days per week. I know I will lose some size and strength, but how can i maintain some at least some strength? What type of exercises should i be doing in those two days i will be able to workout. Any suggestions would be very helpful!
