    Capnfits rise to the top

What's up guys, I'm Guy. 20 years old, decided to start a log to track my progress and hopefully get some feedback on my journey.
A little back story: I've been lifting steadily since I was about 15. I played 4 years of high school football, and 1 year of division 3 college football. I'd still be playing D3 if I could afford it. I was weighing about 185 when I left school, a short couple months after that I was at 160 and a depressed mess. Since then I've gotten to work, have a full time job, and am doing everything in my power to get back in school. My goal with lifting is to play NAIA ball or compete in bodybuilding. Weighing about 150 now, looking to start a solid bulk from now until around December. I know this is all random and disorganized but follow along and stop in and say hey and you'll be glad you did.

    Here's today's workout

    Chest/Bi's

    Incline DB Bench
    25x12
    35x12
    40x12
    40x12
    Flat DB Bench
    45x12x3

    Pec Deck
    40x15
    50x15
    60x15
    70x12 dropset
    30x25

    EZ Bar Curls
    10psx12x4
every other set I switched between close grip and the wider grip
    Ez Bar Preacher Curls
10persidex2 close grip then wide grip

Feels good to be back at it and in a new gym. Picked up some whey the other day, bcaa powder, and giving Superpump max a go. So far so good. Back and Tri's tomorrow.

    Legs and Shoulders
    DB Shoulder Press
    25x12
    35x10
    40x8
40x7-couldn't quite lock it out for 8
    30x8 dropset 20x8
felt the burn on that one
    DB Lateral Raises
    10x15x2
    15x12x2
    10x12
    Plate Front Raises
    35x12
    45x10
    20lb db'sx12
    Standing Barbell Press
    40x20x2
    40x15

    Squats
    45x10
    95x12x2
First time doing squats in about a year, not killing myself on it. Definitely felt the light weight and it made me feel so weak lol.

    Leg Curls
    60x12x3

Then did some training on the speed ladder and an ab circuit followed by stretching and foam rolling. Feels really good to be back at it consistently. Going to keep eating and growing.

    YEEEAAAAHHHHH BUDDDDYYYYYYY.
Feeling good and getting after it. Numbers disappoint me but I'll get back to where I was.

    Chest and Biceps
    Barbell Bench Press
45x12--135x10--135x10--155x6(poop, was already shot should've warmed up a little better)
    dropset 135x3 fuuuu lmao
    Incline DB Bench
    45x5
    50x5-4 sets
Felt solid here, good 5x5 set the last set definitely had to push through
    Incline Flies
    20x15x2
    25x15

    [color=red]Ez Bar 21's[color]
    10 per sidex21's - 3 sets
-Not sure if 21's are a common thing but it's 7 bottom half reps, 7 top half reps, and 7 full reps
    DB Hammer Curls
    25x12
    30x10

Then finished up with an ab circuit, feeling better and I feel like I'm starting to look better and add on a little bit of that size and thickness that use to be there. Weighed in at 162 today which is 7 pounds up from starting back in the gym 2 weeks ago. Keep following big things are coming. I'm doing a little research looking for a show about a year from now, I'll keep you guys posted :+)
