Hey there,
I'm cutting at the moment and wondered if eating brown/white beans 6/7 times a week will do me any harm? My mother prepares them in some olive oil and mashed tomato's. Usually I eat her rice and macaroni, but the carbs in there are too much for me in the cut; I'm sensetive to carbs. I eat about 100g of rice or 100g of macaroni, which is about 70g of carbs!
Now if I eat white/brown beans, I eat about 300g, and that' only 45g of carbs! Not only that, but they have protein in them as well.
But will this make me bigger/weigh more in weight because of the fibers? I've been getting the feeling that I'm getting fatter.....It can't be the beans right? I look the same in the mirror, and my weight still fluxuates normal. Today I weighed in at 154 lbs, while I actually weigh around 151.7 lbs. I've been going to the toilet a lot lately, and my stomach's been growling as well. I know it's the beans that my body has to adjust to, but they won't make me gain fat or anything right?
I'm still eating under my maintenance and getting about 180-236g carbs, 184g protein and 47g of fats each day. That's around 2000-21000 calories. Most, if not all my carbs are complex carbs.
My workout:
3 times a week: 30-45 minutes lifting weights and afterwards 45 minutes of cardio.
Thx in advance!

how the phuck would fiber make you fat... do you even know what fiber is? Also I fail to see how carbs would be "too much" for you during a cut. If you're eating under maintenance you will lose weight. What do you even mean "carb sensitive"
The best years of your life are the ones in which you decide your problems are your own. You do not blame them on your mother, the ecology, or the president. You realize that you control your own destiny.

Thx for the blunt answer! I was just a bit paranoid about my weight after eating beans.
As for 'carb Sensitive", I noticed that if I eat too many carbs, I get fat. My weight was around 190lbs before and in those days I ate a lot of bread and other products containing large amounts of carbs. When I cut my carbs, I lost weight. But that's normal.

Actually, I've calculated my daily requirements to stay on my weight. I also eat less than that to lose weight. I exercise three to four times a week and my bodyfat has been dropping on a steady pace. As for '2012', lol? I've been lifting weights and doing cardio for almost six months now.
I don't understand why you need to troll? Does it give you pleasure to get attention or something?
I'm not going to response to your comments anymore, bye.
