    Chest

    Hello!

    Well my problem is that I got too much gap between my chests, is there anything I can do to minimize the gap between my right and my left chest?

    Try incorporating some close grip bench press & cable crossovers (focusing on squeezing your pecs at point of optimum contraction) into your chest routine.

    There technically isn't anything you can do to add mass in a particular spot, your muscle's insertion point is determined body structure.



    Overall mass development will fix it, fly movements can help to attack your chest in a different way, but you can't just specifically target that area
