Let's say there is a man he weights 92.5kg . Has a 200kg Deadlift , 95kg paused Bench and he will be returning from a leg injury so will start with a 102kg squat for 5 reps.
He wants to cut 7.5kg in 12 weeks.
Let's say he wants to bench 102kg w/pause in 12 weeks and to "secure" the Deadlift at 200kg .
And because he is recovery from an injury he will progras weekly in the squat and will probably squat 2x a week.
He can train 5 times a week for a 100min per workout .... (Sunday to Thursday)
What you will suggest him to do?
For the bench ed coan/dan green Program?
For the squat a simple temple like bill Starr 5x5?
And 5/3/1 for the Deadlift?
The different level of the man at the 3 lifts making it hard to decide /:
And he wants to add barbell complexes as cardio twice a week (:

Pick one and stick with it. I'd probably go with 5/3/1, it's got great longevity as a program. If he picks the right template and right starting maxes he will definitely be progressing well; if you get him (or yourself) to read Beyond 5/3/1, Wendler talks about 6 week cycles and Joker Sets, this will allow a degree of self regulation and he can progress as fast as he wants whilst always being sure that he can hit the prescribed 5/3/1 reps.
I'm no expert, but I've just started 5/3/1 with much lower lifts and am already finding really good progress. I'm looking forward to seeing what my lifts are like in a years time after sticking with this!
Edit: As for the barbell complexes, they could probably be used as some sort of conditioning on off days as long as they weren't impeding on his main lifts.http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165717061

1) your lifts are not at different "levels", you are at one level, beginner, sorry. Any program will work if you stick to it.
2) you are 15, stop complicating things
3) you are 15, you need to learn perfect form, if your leg injury came from lifting. you need to start over. you are far too young to be injuring yourself from lifting.
5) you are 15, don't cut weight2015 Meet PRs 413/292/463 1168@162
