    Talking Diet plans

Hi I'm looking to gain mass and I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips on my current diet plan. I'm trying to hit 2800 calories a day and ATM I'm hitting it or just below but I think my macros are pretty messed up..

    9:30 - 4 weetabix with 200ml of skimmed milk and 3 eggs - 500 kcal

12 - post workout - 1 scoop whey protein w/water (think I need to add something here)

1:30 1 cup of brown rice and 100grams of chicken

3:30 peanut butter sandwhich which works out about 400 kcal but I might be lacking protein here.. 400 ml of skimmed milk

5 pm - 1 cup brown rice and 100 grams of chicken

6pm mass gain shake - 100 grams of oats 2 scoops of mass gain protein powder mixed fruit 100 grams of natural yoghurt

    7/8pm - 1 jacket potato approx 250grams 100g of chicken and 100-200g of beans w/skimmed milk (400ml)

    10/11pm - 1 scoop of whey protein w/water

Any tips how to prove it - i calculated it all and it worked out to be around 2800-3000 kcal just I just feel I'm lacking protein throughout the meals ?
Any advice would be gladly accepted and ill rep once I figure out how

Cheers but I was looking for more of my food intake like do I need to eat more chicken per meal etc ? I feel that my carb intake outweighs the protein... I'm looking for 50:35:15 ... I also need more sources of fats :/
