I don't think 5kg less is going to save your shoulders. That is only 2 or so kilograms less per shoulder / pec.

So no. I doubt it will help you save your shoulders nor will it help to build mass, you may keep your current mass / size though. Not sure.

The pro's will have a better answer than I, above is just my opinion.

Your still putting strain on your shoulder so...

And chest mass, muscle takes weeks to lose, im sorry i dont have the actual rate. Take a week off as shtty as that sounds. Thats your best bet. Come back strong and repaired instead of digging a deeper hole with a smaller shovel (strong metaphor, proud of this).

Yeah, you want to give that shoulder a break for a few days, and not bench at all. Think about long term consequences here. Get healed, and then not worry about decreasing your weight at all.

What odds about a little mass, without shoulders your lifting is pretty much over. Save them

    Good luck!

Be very, very careful when it comes to benching heavy on a cut. That's how I blew out my shoulder last year.

You're not going to lose much (if any) chest mass provided you keep working the muscles on a regular basis.

Try going higher reps and pressing with dumbbells, or do dumbbell flyes. You should be able to maintain your chest mass while recovering from any injury.

Barbell bench pressing puts too much stress on your shoulders, you should use DB presses, incline/decline/flat, and flies to focus solely on you chest. The bb bench press restricts your range of motion and places unwanted strain on the shoulder. Particularly if you shoulder is bothering you I would definitely give the bench press a break and switch to some DB exercises to hit your pecs.

This is good advice. I'm on a cut and hurt my shoulder just last week. The enforced rest has done the world of good to all sorts of injuries that had built up. Unfortunately I should have picked up on the pain and stopped earlier, now I'll have a period of recuperation to contend with. Do yourself a favour and don't ignore it like I did.
