Below is my current stack of supplements. I want the opinions of the people to help me decide whether I can improve on/add to/ subtract from the stack to really optimize training.
Preworkout: Cellucor C4 (2 scoops)
Postworkout: MASS Project Rezzerect (complete nutrition product)
During: Scivation Xtend
Multi: GNC Mega Man Sport
Also have ON Whey and some Casein that I use at various times throughout the day.
Compared to others I feel like it's a modest stack, but I want to know what others would change or add to it without it being from a GNC employee with something to gain.
