So im a bit scrawny and i want to put on some weight for lacrosse because i'm sure many of you guys know that it is a contact sport. Right now I'm 5'9 134lbs and i'm hoping to be around 150-155 by late april. Is it possible to do that without storing too much fat because this sport also has alot of running involved? Tips and help please, much appeciated
