    Hoping to put on some weight for Lax.

    So im a bit scrawny and i want to put on some weight for lacrosse because i'm sure many of you guys know that it is a contact sport. Right now I'm 5'9 134lbs and i'm hoping to be around 150-155 by late april. Is it possible to do that without storing too much fat because this sport also has alot of running involved? Tips and help please, much appeciated

    You might have some difficulty finding a workout plan designed specifically for lacrosse but you could probably achieve the same results by following a workout plan designed for soccer or maybe even rugby
