    What do you think to my current cutting diet?

    Mixed Berries

    10.00 100g Salmon
    2 x Granary Bread
    Almonds

    1.00 100g Chicken
    Sweet Potato
    Tomato/Onion

    4.00 100g Salmon
    2 x Granary Bread
    Almonds

    5.30 10g Glutamine

    5.45 40 minutes Cardio

    6.30 30g Whey
    50g Oats
    Mixed Berries

    7.30 100g Chicken
    Vegetables
    Olive Oil

    10.30 2 Eggs
    30g Casein

    Probably equates to about 200g Protein, 200g Carbs, 60g Fat

    Thats a pretty awesome diet. The only thing i would cut out, for personal reasons, is the honey. Keep us updated on the results
