Hello guys, starting moving and doing gym stuff since 8 months, "dec 25 2009 until today aug 28 2010". Just simple as that, was going to put some pictures in the fifth month but i didn't find any old pictures, was doing some search for pictures in my hard disk and i found something for my old body.
Any how i'm 22 now (turned 22 this months so yeah, HAPPY BDAY TO ME! -.-) :P
182 c.m, i used to be 135 kilo's (297 lbs)
and now i'm 90 kilo's (198 lbs, and it's going up and down still, need some muscles on low bf.
and yeah, i don't know alot about BF but i guess it's 14-15%, i dont know actually.
I'm proud of what i did, but i got some questions.. SUP WITH THE THICK SKIN? is it because the fast transformation, or it's still fat? i "hope fat is an answer"
Just 2 advices from my coach who helped me to get this body right now
1: be proud of your self
2: with inspiration, you can reach anything!

wow tell me what you did. there was a time when worked out for 8 months and got no where close to where you have gotten. now i am back in the gym and tryin to bust this fat off. Im tryin to do HIIT on my rest days.

About the skin I talked to a workout partner about this once. He told me as you get lower in bodyfat it is likely to become thinner.
What was your diet,cardio,routine like?alcohol consumption?
Was it a full on cut or did you do a cut then bulk?
