Carbs + Protein DOESNT make me FULL without FAT !!

    Hi All

In the past 2 years Whenever i eat Carbs + Protein together WITHOUT FAT I never feel Full !! ... I dont know why this happens but i just dont feel full even if i have like a big plate of Brown rice and chicken after 1 to 1 and a half hour i feel hungry again sometimes even DIZZY .. but if i throw in a potatoe chips (cooked with vegitable oil) or nuts (some fats) in it i do feel full and ok for the next 3 hours ..

is this Normal ?? or is it the start of something bad like diebities ?? or am i Insulin resistant ? (my father + uncles + Aunt + uncles from my mother are all diebetic) + I used to be fat when i was a kid upto teenage years

iv taken an appointment with a nutritionist but it will be on november 13th

my diet right now is 2500 calories 45% carbs 35% protein 20% fat
but to be honest these days i dont count fats because of my issue i just eat em .. im supposed to take arround 55 grams of fat but i take in way more than that ...

Just reduce your calories from carbs by the amount that you increase your caloric intake from fats. Some people's bodies prefer carbs, others prefer fats. Maybe you are one of the ones that needs more fats. So eat more fats while lowering carbs.

I eat almost no carbs, if i do i am hungry all day. High fat, moderate protein, low carb works for me.

introduce a little bit of fat into each meal untill you feel better. I eat 6 meals a day and never feel full but never feel hungry. If your eating the right macros and caloies you should be ok, if not it may take a little while for you body to ajust. If you have a ridiculously low amount of fat in your diet you will feel hungry and lethargic all the time.

    Exclamation

This is perfectly normal. I'm the same way. You simply have poor insulin sensitivity. Increase fat and reduce carbs.

I take in about 130 grams fat at 3000 calories. 20% from fat is too little, should me more like 30% anyway.

Don't waste your money on any "nutritionists". They are bro science masters.
