What is the joint pain from? There a several good joint products: SportPharma joint V , Animal Flex ,etc but the topicals like NOW Celadrin or Glucosamine will work the fastest

You should also focus on pinpointing the cause of your joint issues if possible rather than trying to mask them, these things are meant as preventives, IMO.

Animal Flex do wonder, but the thing that may help you the most is a high quality neoprene elbow or knee sleeve.

You can't imagine how lifting with knee sleeve may help you. It's like having brand new knee.

Tommy Kono make some really good one. It keep your joint warm and tight. For the price, you should give it a try.

My wrists are usually pretty sore from benching and other exercises. My knees have been getting sore from doing squats.

In my opinion, the best compounds to ameliorate inflammation via NF-kB inhibition, and/or inhibition of ICAM-1 ect., with OTC supplements would be curcumin, resveratrol, NAC, and Super Cissus RX.

Yeah with glucosamine, it's just a hit or miss with the amount of interindividual variables. Some say it's useless, others swear by it.

As many have said Animal Flex is an awesome joint supplement however you should find out the cause of your joint pain and attempt to alleviate that first.
