Animal Flex do wonder, but the thing that may help you the most is a high quality neoprene elbow or knee sleeve.
You can't imagine how lifting with knee sleeve may help you. It's like having brand new knee.
Tommy Kono make some really good one. It keep your joint warm and tight. For the price, you should give it a try.
