    Alternative to bulking/cutting

^^ For me bulking and cutting doesn't seem healthy.

cutting isn't healthy, low carb diets are not healthy in general, but as long as it isn't for prolonged periods of time (9 months or more) it won't have any negative effects on your body as long as you are getting enough vitamins/greens etc.

bulking is completely fine as long as you don't get too fat (obviously being too fat isn't healthy) but as long as you do some form of cardio and eat relatively healthy you should be fine
