    Xfactor or ebol for Size

    Hey guys.

Since this is my first post, a little about me, im a 23 year old male, been working out for a good few years. im 5'9" and weigh around 188-190 pounds and last i checked i was around 12% bodyfat. recently ive had a short break from working out, feeling a little soft i thought my break has gone on long enough and ive decided to workout hardcore again.

ive decided i want a kickstart and have been looking into X-Factor and Ebol. now my question is which product is better for gaining size(lean muscle) alone, since my goal at the moment is to pack on some more muscle.

im only willing to spend £80 (one bottle of either x-factor or ebol cost £40 here) on these products as its the first time using them and im not sure how ill react to the products, infact its my first time using anything other than whey protein. so what would you reccomend for packing on size.

    2 Months of E-Bol
    2 Months of X-Factor
    or 1 Month of Xfactor+Ebol

Thanks guys, im planning on buying the stuff shortly so any replies would be greatly appreciated

I thought X-Factor was great for size. Haven't used the new E-bol yet, but I'd absolutely recommend XF.

    This is a hard decision.

I personally would go with XF only because I haven't used E-bol.

I agree with this for the most part, though E-bol is getting some ridiculous results.

Thanks for your replies guys, ive been looking around and i like the logs for E-Bol. i reckon im going to combine it with the EDT method which ive been meaning to do for a while now.

ill give x-factor a try next and then decide which one i want to stick with in future. altho i intend on using these products rarely as i dont like taking in tablets/powders etc, dont mind whey though.

so looks like i get to look forward to 2 bottles of E-Bol and EDT workouts for 2 months. hopefully this will get me feeling strong and looking better again

buy them both but run them separately. that way you'll know if either is working for you. if it were me, i'd run the e-bol for two months.

a quick question about edt workouts, a while back i got charles staleys dvd on it where he explains fully what it is and how to do it, one thing is though he never explained some sample weekly routines for building muscle using Edt.

anyone know of any decent links to some muscle building edt workouts i could study in order to create my own?

Free material is ideal, im only looking for a sample to study. thanks guys!

I gained nine pounds in 50 days. Considering i've cyced before, i was VERY impressed. A little comparison. I gained 12 lbs on a 800mg a day bold cycle for 42 days.

I've tried a lot (although never x-factor), and as far as non-hormonals go... e-bol will be hard to beat. Its the only non hormonal that has showed any measurable gains that i probably wouldnt have had if i was training without.

Id like to cycle the new Xfactor and compare the results.

if i could gain that much i would be close to 200 pounds, at 5'9 that would be my ideal weight, and i would be happy to maintain and shred off any extra fat.

whilst you was on that cycle, what did your meals consist of?

500 calories over maintenence. All the goodies... red meat, chicken, pork, oats, rice, some pasta, veggies... and protein shakes in between. Post workout consisted of an MHP up your mass shake immediately after workout and a meal an hour or two after that. Used Xtend intra workout, and stims PreWO.... along with a meal an hour before workout.

That is exactly what I would expect. What kind of training protocol are you using?
