I am currently taking Animal Pak, and to be honest, i feel NO different from taking Centrum Ultra Men's. I am beginning to believe that people are having serious placebo effects when they buy into supplements. I read somewhere on here that Animal Pak has a 40% bio-availability, or absorbtion rate, and one called Life Source has something like 92%? Is there any validity to this?
Anyways, i am getting ready to reinvest into a new multi, as i am coming to the end of my Animal Pak. What is out there that works? I dont care about how fancy it is, i just want something that works, and doesnt cost $40 for a month supply.
I am willing to try CL- Orange Triad, however, because then i don't have to keep buying my joint supp as well. This is my one exception to an expensive multi, becuase like i said previously, if i get this one, it can also replace my joint supp, which is around $20 a month from Wal-Mart. doesn't get much cheaper than that.
I know someone out there has some actual scientific evidence that shows which multi's are more readily absorbed by the body, i am asking that you share your knowledge!! not opinion. otherwise the thread turns into a wagontrail of one liner opinions, and i am no better off than when i started. lol
thanks in advance!

I will note that i do not take 2 Animal Paks a day, as the packaging describes this for those who are competing or training with higher intensity (huh? vague.) so i am only taking one in the morning. OT doesn't have a light or heavy dose, it states take all 6, 3 in the morning, and 3 at night. no variation from dosing. i would probably notice a difference in Animal Pak, maybe, but then i would run out twice as fast, and that would completely counter what i am trying to accomplish here. lol
Please dont get me wrong, i am not knocking Animal Pak, there accomplishments speak for themselves, but i can't afford to take them unless i am cutting out another bottle of supplements (like my OT example). And i want something that will work, not "hype in a bottle" that i piss out. yeah, i like that phrase. lol

Just to let you know, SportPharma's Multi-V/Joint-V combo costs about $25 for 45 days. Joint-V by itself is $16 for 45 days, quite a bit cheaper than your Wal-Mart joint supplement.
