    Christmas stack- advice needed..

    This is my first post although I have been reading up on the forums for about 7-8 months. I have trained seriously with weights for just over a year. I have learned so much from the forums.. they kick ass!
    My diet has always been good and I am currently eating 3000k per day 40/40/20 (p/c/f) so happy with that. My goal is to continue to gain lean mass. I've gained 10lbs in the past year with low BF.
    Current stats:
    Height: 5'8
    Weight: 160lbs
    BF% : 8-9%

    I have always been lean and fit due to playing soccer seriously. My current supplements are whey, multi, efa's and creatine.
    I am looking to create a stack to give me a boost in gains. I was thinking about adding a pre-wo supplement and a intra/post workout creatine product. Gaspari Superpump 250/Size on maybe? White flood/ Green MAG? Im not really experienced enough to decide....

    Any opinions on something you have used which has given best results?

    My personal favorites while bulking are:

    pre workout - white flood
    intra - intrabolic
    whey - ON double chocolate or All the whey cinnabum : )
    creatine - green mag

    Do you like the white flood/ green mag then? what it like for energy in the gym?

    If you dont respond to mono, I would go with Green Magnitude, its a bit more pricey, but def worth it

    might as well go with white flood + gm stack, white flood is good value too

    So I am thinking about getting a Green mag/white flood combo or shock/storm with bulk cee or mcc for post workout. Any opinions on which is best?
