OK here goes ^^ (1 is morning, 2 is evening)
WEEK 1
Monday/Friday
1. weights
squat 6 sets
benchpress 6 sets
tricep 3 sets
rope climbing 4 sets
abs 3-4 sets
2. Sprinting
5x 100meter
Tuesday/Saturday
1.weights
military press 6 sets
deadlift 4 sets
powercleans 3 sets
2. Training (submission wrestling)
Wednesday
1.weights
squat 6 sets
pullups 6 sets
bicep 3 sets
rope climbing 4 sets
abs 3-4 sets
2.Sprinting
5x100 meter
Thursday
1.weights (active rest-other muscle groups)
barbell rows 3 sets
dets (with barbell) 3 sets
calfs 3 sets
2.Training (submission wrestling)
Sunday
Rest
WEEK 2
Everything the same just wednesday comes to mon/fri and other way around.
