Jackass doesn't realize that I get up at 5:00 am during the week to work out, spend the entire day studying/in class, come home and do homework. I can't convince him otherwise that he is retarded because he is one of those people that is "always right". He's about 250 lbs, body fat of roughly 25-26 percent.

I had a friend of mine explain to me how bad protein is for your liver and how the last few generations (mostly ours) of gym goers who take protein are going to be the proof of its negative effects when we're older. It's funny though because he gets black-out drunk 3-4 times a week and lectures me about the possible health issues of taking protein. fuuuuuu rage!!

when girls are trying to lose weight and they will ask me for some advice, when i tell them that they should add weight training to a good cardio workout they tell me what i am sure u have all heard before " i dont wanna get bulky, just toned"
when i try to tell them that the only way u r going to get "bulky" is if you are eating a lot, if the plan is to LOSE weight, then there is no way they will get bulky, ya know...

Best thing to do about these morons is to not even try to educate them. Because they don't listen and will defend their idiotic arguments to death... I don't know why the fuk people are so thick headed about fitness/nutrition. "Squats are like the worst exercise you could ever do. That's the reason no one ever does them. I heard a bunch of football teams banned them because they kill your knees. Even those Olympic lifter guys, they wrap their knees all the time. My gym even got rid of the squat rack and just put up an assisted squat machine (dude was talking about a Smith machine) because the liability was too high from all the people getting injured doing squats. I wouldn't really recommend deadlifts either, it's too easy to throw out your back."
