    Most ignorant things you've ever heard about fitness/working out/nutrition

    "I used to have a gym membership, but I quit going when I got my job here. 40 hours a week is a lot of work here and I know I burn more than one meal's worth of calories here, so I just don't worry about working out. I can eat 4 bags of chips and burn that off here in 20 minutes. I can see why you work out though, you are only here 2 nights a week and you are only at school the rest of the time."

    Jackass doesn't realize that I get up at 5:00 am during the week to work out, spend the entire day studying/in class, come home and do homework. I can't convince him otherwise that he is retarded because he is one of those people that is "always right". He's about 250 lbs, body fat of roughly 25-26 percent.

    I had a friend of mine explain to me how bad protein is for your liver and how the last few generations (mostly ours) of gym goers who take protein are going to be the proof of its negative effects when we're older. It's funny though because he gets black-out drunk 3-4 times a week and lectures me about the possible health issues of taking protein. fuuuuuu rage!!

    This will actually probably happen to most people tbh. Most people don't drink 8+ glasses of water a day, especially most BB'ers I talk to.

    Severe severe damage to your kidneys, not to mention counting in creatine, and everything else.

    But if you drink a lot of water youll be fine obviously.
