I might do the pullup negatives. Say that I do lat pull downs, bent over rows and negative pullups. reps/sets? I figure ill do the negative until failure.

At the point your at, you don't need to worry too much about reps; as long as you really stress your muscles you will grow. I aim for 8 really solid reps though.
Also, for lat pull downs grip the bar with your thumb on the outside, it'll put more stress on your lats and less on your bi's

i have to admit i barely feel any lat workouts in my lats... pullups I feel in my arms, same with rows. yet, i still have pretty good lats.
so, **** it, it's working even if you dont feel it.Bench 230x6...goal 300x1
Squat 345x1...goal 405x1
Deadlift 405x1 (lost grip an inch away from lockout)...goal 455x1
Pronated pullups BWx9...goal BWx15
Dips BWx25...goal BWx30
EZ bar wall curls 110x6...goal 125x6

js it will make your lats sore if you use more volume.
no..**looks around, ** maybe...
I do 300 over the course of a week, usually only 100 in a day. Takes about 6-7 sets on pullups, for chins its 4-5.
I don't use supplements anymore....I dropped that log and everything in it when I found out I may have a chance to play d1 football for va tech next year.
