I work 2nd shift, last break at 10pm and home a little bit before 1am. I'm usually still hungry before bedtime. Any advice? I've been having some cottage cheese and a glass of water before turning in. Is this ok or is there something better?
Thats fine man,just don't eat anything w/ a high amount of carbs in it I work basically the same shift that you do and as soon as I get home I eat 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter and 40g protein shake in water.
