Monday - June 3, 2013 - 433 Days To Go

Today's To Do List:
-Stick to written diet plan 100%
-Workout (Legs/Calves)
-Call new landlord to schedule time to pickup keys
-Send out Monday e-mail to marketing list
-Follow Supplementation Routine 100%
-Eat all meals within 10 minutes of scheduled time
-Post starting bulking diet on this thread

First day back in the gym in a few months was a rude awakening. And legs was the perfect day to come back to
The Good:
-Squat form was great. Didn't use a belt & prefer it that way now. Felt good to have the barbell across my back again
-Stiff Leg Deadlifts were strong and felt a great stretch in the hamstrings
-Calves were worked hard and are a little tender already
-Finished in under an hour
The Not-So-Good
-Leg Press machine has an unnatural swivel motion near the bottom. I don't like it. Will likely switch to hack squats instead
-Squat weight was down quite a bit.

Tuesday - June 6, 2013 - 432 Days To Go
I got a headache yesterday starting around noon. It got progressively worse to the point where by the end of the night last night my eyes were bloodshot and I couldn't see straight. I woke up this morning at 6 (slept in) and it was just as bad. After taking some super-happy painkillers and going back to sleep for a while it's tolerable but still painful.
Brass tacks - not going to the gym today. Instead I'll focus on client emails/services and especially focus on nutrition. I generally hate taking any kind of pill, so I'll be keeping nutrition 100% on par and looking forward to a killer arm day tomorrow.

Anyways... its been rough getting the workouts and nutrition in when you're driving a u-haul and moving things all day lol. I'm coming in way under in the nutrition but the workouts have been great. Sat/Sun. - 427 days to go.
Still moving. Lol. And all internet access is still via the phone. I'll post a PDF with my diet soon. Not sure how to do that yet
As far as training, I'm following the same protocol that I sell in my ebooks. I practice what I preach. For cardio I'll be doing 3 sessions a week and closely monitor my weight - adjusting calories as necessary.

This morning's back/traps workout. Looking at it now need to isolate the traps a little more in the shrugs. Was a little frustrated at the 2nd set of deadlifts (a plate hit part of the power rack). I really shouldn't have let that throw me off as much as it did. Still... 410 is heavy

First day at the gym in about a month. First day seriously training/dieting since March. It's crazy how fast time can go and how your strength can get away from you. Looking at today and the footage I shot (will edit/upload video tomorrow) I was disappointed in a lot of ways.
The first day is the hardest, right?
