Needed some motivation for my leg day tomorrow and I can't help but watch Ronnie videos. Throughout the videos I always notice how metro flex seems like a kick ass gym and Brian dobson is a kick ass motivator. Ronnie and Branch trained their and Brian was able to establish a hardcore gym in the midst of all the pussy gyms that are arising. Wish I had an opportunity to train as the original metro flex gym in Texas, and congrats to you Brian dobson, for keeping true bodybuilding/weightlifting alive.

Definitely a great motivator. Be great to train with him. Id have to skip the pre workout prayer though.
