30g's serving size split into 5 different ingredients, 6g's of each:
20% german creapure creatine
20% l-argine
20% citrulline malate
20% bcaa
20% 4:1:1 - leucine, isoleucine, valine
I don't want any caffeine or glutamine and I don't like the way beta alanine makes me feel, just vasodilators, creatine, and bcaa's.
what do you guru's think?

i dont want to overload my gi tract preworkout. plus where i'm going to get this supplement it comes pre mixed with a 30g scoop. if i added glutamine i would have to take away from another ingredient. 1 lb is about $19 and you get 15 servings. i was going to buy 2 lbs, 30 servings. i lift 4 days a week so that should last for 7.5 weeks roughly.
does anyone agree/disagree with the dosaging of these ingredients? 6g's of each of the above listed?i'll teach you more and more about less and less until you know everything about nothing-ejc

well the theory goes that the arginine & citrulline dialate the blood vessels shutteling the water, creatine, and bcaas into the muscle. my workout times vary, sometimes early and sometimes late so i need to keep it de-caff. i have a very demanding schedule and its not always possible to drink a protein shake preworkout. plus i get all these ingredients in one supplement.
