Need a strength routine without deadlift and squats.

Right now my back is hurt, so I am going to let it heal it only hurts when i squat and deadlift more when i squat. I know i can replace squat with leg presses and extensions but what about deadlift.
Also, i was doing babylover's modified ss so if anyone can incorporate that it would really help.

Weighted pullups and reverse hypers would be great if you can do them
    Squat: 235
    Bench: 180

Replace the deads with weighted pullups and reverse hypers/good mornings. Nothing can perfectly replace the deadlift though, especially in a strength routine.

For legs, leg press, hamstring curl, leg extensions, for the deads do heavy shrugs, upright rows, stifflegged deads light if you can

That would be worse than regular deadlifts......
OP, there is nothing that can "replace" the deadlifts.
Just remove the deadlift from your routine and add an exercise for a bodypart of yours that seems to be lagging.
    Leg press instead of squat.
    Enjoy.

actually i prolly cant do good mornings as it hurts doing that motion. Although my back feels a lot better from yesterday doing squat and deadlifts and almost feels like its healed. Also, ever since my back got injured my deadlift has dropped a lot. I did 340x5 before and now i struggle with 275x5 on the 5th rep
