Hello everyone,
I'm a 18 y old university student from Belgium.
I've been trying to get ripped for about 4 months, and actually I got a great result.
But last month i started studying for my exams and really, it destroyed everything i build upp the last months. I gained a lot of fat because I got stressed, ran out of energy,...
It's a very hard periode to cope and I still have 2 exams ahead...
1 week ago I took a better start and didn't eat any garbage foods or sweets.
I'm on my way to become ripped again.
But I have one question : Does anyone have any advice about nutrition that can deliver me the energy I need during this periode but still will keep me ripped?
I don't want a periode like that ever again, never!
So can someone help me with this problem?
