Alright 1 month since my last strength gains thread!! Tell me what you think of progress.
Here is what I had posted in my last thread about a month ago.
I started lifting exactly 1 year ago from today. I originally started to lose weight, but now that the weight is off and I've been seeing some decent gains I'm actually thinking of competing in a few years. I eat very clean, and I have the nutritional aspect down packed. I really love this lifestyle and there is no going back
So I just wanted to let you guys know about my strength gains, I will give you the weight I started at and what I can lift now. I am completely natural and don't plan on taking any sort of prohormones etc.
I now weight 183 going for 190.
"Squat started at 135 now 285
Leg Press started at 400 now 1050
Bench Press started at 120 now 195
Leg Extensions started at 60 now at 250
Barbell Row - 135 now 225
These aren't 1 rep maxes - All of these I can do 8-12 reps clean.
So were my strength gains good for a years worth of hard work?"
This past month I've been really pushing myself to the limit. I have really started psyching myself up and I've been able to get break barriers while doing reps.
I was 183 last month now I'm 192.
SQUAT IS NOW 385
BENCH IS NOW 200
LEG EXTENSIONS IS NOW 345
LEG PRESS IS NOW 1300
BARBELL ROW 225
DB shoulder press 60lbs
Will post pics next thread!! What do you guys think? This is not a troll and im natural..
