    Question More fats?

    Slowly building up to my bulk calorie intake of 3239cal, 6'1" 178 lbs (2700maint calories)

    Here's my bulking diet which I will end up on soon.
    My question being should I drop some protein and up fats?

    I would lower carbs to 380grams, raise fats to 80 grams, keep protein the same. Just the way I prefer it, what you have looks fine.

    man ur fat intake is fine but i can see ur not having that much fats after ur workout or starting the rest of the day. u need to add extra fishoil or use olive oil or have cup of almonds.

    Ok cool, gonna drop carbs a bit then add some more fats in there.

    I guess most of my fats comes from snacks which are spread throughout the day, I don't have my 'snacks' all at the same time which I've stated.

    edit - removed a banana and added in a tbsp olive oil in my post workout shake.
    macros are now at;
    213.8g protein
    83.4g fat
    373.8g carb
