****ing awesome progress OP. Repped. I went from 245-160 personally and been bulking on and off sitting at 180 right now. BUlking for the entire winter. I know it's tough at first man because you're scared about the fat but really cuts and bulks are so controlled it's not even an issue! We've lost the weight once and we can do it again!

really got tired of being a fat c*nt, always getting frienzoned by girls and stuff, it all got to me and i thought FUARKK IT, took progress pics monthly and kept a weekly chart that i input my measurements and weight/ weight lost, looking back now i feel discusted with how i used to look, getting so much more attention from girls now and getting more and more vascular.
I'm not satisfied until every vein is forced up against my skin, If there's one thing women love it's a vascular man

Damn good job. Did you find the last 15lbs took a lot longer than your original weight loss? I'm losing quite slowly atm, but am at 49lbs in 12 months
