for the first 50lbs i just did weight training 3 days a week and 45 minutes cardio 3 days a week plus i did football/soccer every sunday

diet wise i kept my carbs low, stayed at 1800 calories


after the first 50lbs i just guestimated it as i think ive learnt alot

nice man. waht made you get off your ass and workout? my cousin is really big and i need to get him in the gym, hes jsut extremly lazy, but will stay up all night eating junk and playing video games. wakes up 5pm, goes to work for a few hrs at night.

****ing awesome progress OP. Repped. I went from 245-160 personally and been bulking on and off sitting at 180 right now. BUlking for the entire winter. I know it's tough at first man because you're scared about the fat but really cuts and bulks are so controlled it's not even an issue! We've lost the weight once and we can do it again!

really got tired of being a fat c*nt, always getting frienzoned by girls and stuff, it all got to me and i thought FUARKK IT, took progress pics monthly and kept a weekly chart that i input my measurements and weight/ weight lost, looking back now i feel discusted with how i used to look, getting so much more attention from girls now and getting more and more vascular.

I'm not satisfied until every vein is forced up against my skin, If there's one thing women love it's a vascular man

the last 15lbs took longer yeh but they was so much more noticeable then the first 50lbs , as the lower bodyfat you get the more noticeable the slightest change is
