    push/pull
    upper/lower

Both set ups are fine options, exercises depend on what you're comfortable with and have equipment for.

i would also go push pull .. but if you feel your legs are lacking you can even do push/pull/legs 4x a week so one group will get worked twice every week

    ex

    push
    pull
    legs
    push

    pull
    legs
    push
    pull

    legs
    push
    pull
    legs

also with the push/pull or p/p/l i would do a heavy/light days where one day is more concentrated on strength (lower reps) and higher reps

what muscles do you want to train?
    all of em?

why not do a total body workout on monday and do another total body workout on friday?

    chest- bench press
back- rows and pulldowns (or ups)
    chest- presses
    biceps- curls
    triceps- push downs or dips
legs- squats leg curls calf raises
    core- crunches

do 3-5 sets of each resting 1 min between sets

should take about 30-45 minutes or so

    good luck
