I wanna know if i can benifit from a protein drink im not a bodybuilder but i train everyday nearly just a breakdown what i do
monday
150 twisting sit ups
140 press ups
100 weighted sit ups
4 sets of 20 flys
4 sets of 20 bench press
then 1 hour run in the hills near by (cardio)
Tuesday
150 twisting sit ups
140 press ups
100 weighted sit ups
4 sets of 25 squats
4 sets of 25 calf raises
30 mins of cardio
wednesday
4 sets of 20 flys
4 sets of 20 bench press
Thursday
150 twisting sit ups
140 press ups
100 weighted sit ups
4 sets of 25 squats
4 sets of 25 calf raises
Friday
4 sets of 20 flys
4 sets of 20 bench press
7 a side soccer match (30 min )
Saturday
11 a side soccer match
sunday
Off
Maybe alot but i do less on friday and thurdays cause of studyin i do high reps cause i dnt want to build muscle jsut increase endurence and strength.
jsut wanted to know if protien will male me bigger or just help me recover faster.

a protein shake is just protein man, its nothing special. everyone associates bodybuilders with outrageously high protein diets, which normally isnt true. a protein shake will help your muscles recover, but it wont make you big. you need a proper balance of ALL nutrients to get big.
