quick reps multiple times a day

I work out in the mornings at my gym. We also have a gym at work. So I find myself going into the gym 3 or 4 times a day during work to do quick sets.

I will do something like a set of 6 or 8 pullups, or until I fail.
Or I will do a set of flyes, etc.

Am I hurting myself by doing these things or does it really matter?

For instance today I worked chest and biceps at the gym for my actual workout, and then during the day I did 3 sets of pull ups, and a set of flyes.

OK, not OK, or does not matter?

    Thanks in advance.

That's such low volume/intensity...you'll be fine.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

This is a perfect situation to do greasing the groove type training.

This is where you do a 1 compound exercise(pullups, or puhsups), multiple times through the day for a few reps.

This is good way to increase your pullup or pushup numbers if that is your goal

Very nice, I have never read that before. I think I will concentrate on one exercise every day instead of mixing it up all of the time. Thanks for the post.
