Whenever I hit the bench press on the last rep I always feel a sharp pain in my outer upper arm, the area between the bicep and tricep. This also happens whenever I do push ups and it always interrupts my workout especially on the last rep.
Has anyone had this problem or know why it happens?

no i never feel that pain outside lifting, what muscle would be in that region?
