    Question IS this a good PPL split?

    Push
    * Bench Press 5x5
    * OHP 5x5
    * Incline Dumbbell Press 3x10
    * Dips 3x10
    * Skullcrushers 3x10

    Pull
    * Barbell Row 5x5
    * Pullups 5x5
    * Upright Row 3x10
    * Barbell Curl 3x10
    * Incline Curl 3x10

    Legs
    * Squats 5x5
    * Deadlift 3x5
    * Leg Extensions 3x10
    * Leg Curls 3x10
    * Standing Calf Raise 4x10
    * Hanging Leg Raise 4xfailure

    you need more pulling

    squats and deadlifts on the same workout could be taxing on your cns. do 1x5 dls or do deadlifts on pull day

    add a horizantal pull

    and a rear delt exercise

    Seems okay but I would make a couple of changes. Drop the upright rows since those do involve the delts to a great degree. Replace the upright rows with facepulls. On leg day drop the deads to 1x5 unless your 3 sets are submaximal effort.
