Benched 285 for one solid rep before this .
Any input on what I need to improve on for bench...tricep strength, lat strength etc etc.
A Critique on proportions and symmetry, strong points and weakpoints would be greatly appriciated

you stuck half way up (most common sticking point) take boards and put them on your chest to cut R.O.M. in half so you just just work on that sticking point!
Best meet lifts (all raw): 865 squat, 565 bench, 720 deadlift.
Best meet total: 2110
Gym lifts: 903 squat, 565 bench, 725 deadlift.

How long ago did you do legs? Sounded like you said you got a charlie horse, and that always messes up a heavy bench attempt.
Regardless, just keep going heavy and working with it - it really won't take that long to get there, based on how far you got on that rep. Stick to 290 right now, once that becomes rather easy, go for that 300 again.
If you did your legs recently, just attempt to max again when they're not sore.

Decent try on the bench, I'm sure you'll get it next time you try it. Sometimes, a simple change of mood (more positive thinking) will go a long way.
On to your pics, everything looks great but the arms. I got the feeling that your arms may be abit small for rest of your upper body. IMOhttps://www.instagram.com/brunobastos_93/

You're big as ****, dude. Gjdm.
As far as the bench goes, your grip is kinda narrow. See how at the bottom of the bench your arms are angled at you're pushing at an awkward angle? You want to be pushing straight up. Widen it out a little. May take some getting used to.
When you lowered the weight to your chest you didn't seem very stable. When it touched you it looked liked you were shocked. You want to make sure you're planted firmly in the bench.
That's me maxing out last summer. Use that as an example of what I mean by being stable. Don't pay attention to my grip cause it's close there, just like yours.
Hope I helped!★★★USF MISC CREW★★★

I want you to watch both videos again. This time pay attention to not only the trunks of our bodies, but our legs as well. Notice how his legs and trunk shakes. My elbows shake, yeah, but that's not really what I was talking about.
Also, I'm fairly sure flared elbows are better for raw benching. Could be wrong though, but that's what I hear.★★★USF MISC CREW★★★

Oh ya, I see that. Also, when I do that sh!t like putting foot back and standing on tip-toe, my quad gets a little cramp lol. Do you gotta find a sweet spot or something? I don't think I get tight enough cause when the weight goes down, I kinda come off my toes and always feel like I wanna set my whole foot down on the ground to feel stable, and so I do lol.

You could do either one. Some people go on toes, some people keep the foot flat, but angle it out like they're squatting and push from the heels. I've messed around with both of them a bit and I've settled on having my shins about perpendicular with the ground and pushing off the balls of my feet.

Always stretch out your legs and hips before benching, it will help you keep tight when you arch. You failed just off the chest so your chest is weak. Your triceps could also be but it's hard to say since they come in to play more towards the second half. Main thing you can do is just take a couple weeks before you try again and in the mean time keep benching heavy. 3x5, 5x5. You can even do some speed and chain or band work. Incorporate negatives occasionally, maybe even floor press. Mix things up and have fun with it. Work on your arch and leg drive.
As for pic critique. I don't even have one. Your looking big and lean. Only thing is your rear double bi doesn't give you justice from the looks of your other pics. Might just be me though. That's it, keep up the work brah youre huge

Have you tried:
-Contracting your abdominal muscles as if bracing for a punch
-Contracting your glutes as if pinching a coin between them
-Gripping the bar as if you are trying to crush it
Apply these 3 techniques and post a video of your success“No citizen has a right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training…what a disgrace it is for a man to grow old without ever seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.” -Socrates

Fantastic, thanks for all your help !
Thx fellas...will keep updated in the future....I feel the lighting outside and the weird angle my mom took pics (she took most from sitting down), gives certain poses a weird look and washes away definition and vascularity lol.
