    Question Have I made good gains in the past year?

    My max on Bench Press currently is 265. I can rep 225 about 5 times. I'm a 6'1 265 lb Offensive Lineman for my High School, I'm a sophomore about to be a junior (16 years old). I started lifting around 1 year and 3 months ago. My max on bench press when I started was 95 lbs. My squat max is 405 as of now but I wasn't really training hard for squats since I injured my lower spine during football season. I just want other peoples opinion on I Developed good and when was the first time you guys hit 225?
