I'm sick and ****ing tired of little guys under 200 lbs trying to talk about lifting like they know what they're doing. If you haven't even gotten to 200 lbs (which isnt even that hard just takes a few months of proper bulking) then you shouldn't be giving advice to ANYONE, period.
It's like some high school kid who finally got laid once trying to give advice on sex. Just cringeworthy and pathetic.
No offense but if you're under 200 lbs, just do everyone a favor and keep your "advice" to yourself. You obviously don't know as much as a bigger guy so just keep your mouth shut and let the big guys do the talking.
