    CLA and L-carnitine

    Hey!

    Quick question: when is the best time to take cla - before you eat or after your meal? Same question for L-carnitine.

    Assuming you are using them for fat loss, it doesn't matter because they won't help, contrary to how they are falsely marketed.

    This for sure. Drop the CLA, and look into a different Carnitine salt (which still won't aid much in fat loss, but other salts have different ergogenic properties).
