Over the year i must have developed terrible form for my lifts... my left side is much stronger, bigger, more flexible than my right (more flexible at the shoulder/hip joints. My question is what should i do to resolve this problem and how long should i expect it to take?

hey man i have no idea what those suggested threads say but one possible explanation is that you have better innervation ("mind-muscle connection") on one side, likely your dominant side... This results in a more consistant and stronger contraction on that side, giving a stronger, and eventually bigger side. Assuming your form is good this problem should correct itself in time. If its the form however, lowering the weight and having someone watch and give feedback (someone knowledgable) is probably your best bet. Another suggestion is to train the smaller, weaker side with greater frequency. ie, if the problem is the lats, have a back day where you do your pullups, heavy barbell rows etc, then on say chest day, throw in a couple exercises for the weaker lat like single arm db or cable rows etc. This is probably your best bet, good luck

Yep, tempted to neg.
WTF? 8 of the same thread by teh same poster?
The suggested threads, are all by the OP, on this exact same subject. Apparently he doesn't follow any advice given, so your long paragraph was probably a waste of time on your part.-
