Go to the hospital, yes I am serious, you need professional help that we cannot provide.

Thank you for your reply, I know this is probably dangerous for my health. I´m so far from where I´d like to be, trust me. One person who makes diet plans and things like that and is a nutrition specialist told me, that my body has probably problems with utilizating nutriens from food, because It´s unusuall to look like this after eatig about 1950 kcal a day . I hope i´ll get better soon.

As others have said, you need professional help. It would be easy to advise you if you were of a normal body weight, but as we are not medical professionals, we can't be certain simply telling you to eat X number of calories wouldn't be dangerous for your health.
Your bodyfat is extremely low, however, the underlying muscle is malnourished and underdeveloped. Please stop believing what you are seeing in the mirror - you don't have an ounce of fat on you. Eat some protein and see a physician.
Good luck and certainly keep us posted when you get back on track - your story might help someone else.
EDIT: also, how tall are you? we can at least give you perspective on what a healthy goal weight would be for a benchmark.AP7 Crew

You should be eating over 2000+ calories a day, my brother killed himself because he gave up eating, and his body shut down, everybody just let him remain dillusional till it was too late. You need to eat everything in sight, stop counting calories, stop exercising for 3 months and just eat as much as you can, or you will die. My brother was only 15, you are 20, you need to be realistic here.

Thank you for reply. I know I don´t have much fat on my body and I don´t think I´m fat or anything like that, I really do know I need to gain, I was just currious what could the % be. One boy told me it could be about 5% , but it seems impossble to me, because I never skipped carbs or anything in my meal plan and never planned to get that low... and about the protein.. I love eating protein. I´m counting macros and never eat less than 145 g of protein a day ...

I've skimmed over your other threads, you are obviously just doing this for attention, I can't believe you would enjoy feeling good about hurting yourself, or maybe you found pictures of somebody off the internet and you are trolling, but seriously you need professional help, and unless you want to die within the next 2-3 years, I suggest you do it soon.

No I really do not do this for attention. I´m just getting confused , lost in all the fitness, nutrition, workout things. Trying to do my best but failing all the time. You have no idea how hard it is to keep going and trying when you see no results as you should or could. I´m fighting over a year with this everything and really don´t want to wen on hurting myself, my body and not just that but I also want to make my parents proud of me and proud of how good I look and not making them scared about my health. ´But at least they are the only people who see how much and what I eat that they don´t blame me of anorexia and restricting food. ..

If you really love your parents, you will seek out a professional. I lost my brother to this, the best advice I can give from personal experience is to not remain quiet. You can't do this alone, please don't try. Last thing I will say is I wish you a speedy recovery and pray you confide in your family instead of pretending like everything is normal.
My brother used to wear really baggy clothes, we didn't know he was down to 49kg because of that, my family pretended like he was alright and everything would be okay. I was the only one who was trying to motivate him to eat, and constantly scolded for it. That is how I can relate to you, so yes I do know how it is. Best of luck, I'm done posting, I shouldn't have advised you in the first place, I just feel like I know what you are going through.

Hello!
I don't wanna be mean or give random diagnostics, but in my opinion you certainly suffer from an eating disorder. Those are really serious and can **** up your whole life if you don't treat them. I used to feel that I can solve my problems by myself , but we do not have that power. I once read a quote among those lines:
"You are fighting a war that you are not aware of." So that's what mental diseases do, they convince you everything is ok when in reality it really is not.
Trust me, I'm speaking from my own experience, and I'm glad that I just went to a psychologist. Turns out that everything was much darker than I thought and if it remained like that I have no idea where I would be now.
I know it's not easy to acknowledge that you suffer from a mental issue and that you're saying "there's no way this happened to me" but please realise that if you dont notice this it will do you no good.
So please talk to your parents about this, and go see a psychologist.
I can tell just from your post history that you are in denial, which makes me ceirtain that you have an eating disorder.
Cheers and good luck.
guys please don't neg her even if you think she's attention seeking. this kind of stuff is serious and that would do no good now.Last edited by Xoer; 08-24-2016 at 07:07 AM.

I think you should track your macros to see how you are actually eating. You'd be surprised on what you find out.

I am sorry for your loss. And your advise is spot on.
OP, just listen to this individual and do what he says; he is talking from a painful, first-hand experience. Do not argue, do not overthink this.
And, as others have indicated, you also need to see a doctor immediately.
Period.
So, don't think about it. Don't argue. Just take action. You can keep talking and asking questions or you can take the actions that you need to take, and the latter option is the only option that will help you.
Done!
Post again after you see a doctor, stop working out, and start eating a lot more food."I believe that when the body is strong, the mind thinks strong thoughts."

You don't seem as if you have totally lost your mind. Please, stop being wreckless with your health, identify what is causing this problem within you, EAT WELL, and seek assistance or direction from a medical professional. Let me be very candid with you right now:
You get one life on this Earth. ONE. Don't destroy it over this, it's not worth it. What will do you looking this skinny when you are in your grave? Nothing. You get my point.
